DNMC INTRODUCTION

Daya Bay Nuclear Power Operations and Management Co., Ltd. (DNMC), established in March 2003 through the joint investment of Guangdong Nuclear Power Joint Venture Co., Ltd. (GNPJVC)  and Ling Ao Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (LANPC), is responsible for the operations and management of GNPS and LNPS and both the operations preparation and operations management of LNPS Phase II.

As the first professional operations and management company of nuclear power stations in China, DNMC is built on the good practices of operations and management of nuclear power stations abroad. The purpose is to implement professionalized management of the nuclear power stations of CGNPG. It is the development and sublimation of multi-reactor management mode in Daya Bay base, and a beneficial attempt to respond to the call of the State Council to deepen the reform of separating the property right and management.

Based on the corporation law, DNMC was set up as an independent legal entity and operates strictly under modern enterprise system with Board of shareholders, Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee and management Structure. General management is responsible for the company business under the leadership of the Board of Directors.
